Frequently Asked Questions: 

1.  Where do we get a CLAIM NUMBER?

Claim numbers are issued by the insurance company responsible for the accident.   Come to Tracy's and we will call the insurance company for the claim number issued for your accident.

2.  When is Tracy's OPEN FOR BUSINESS?

Tracy's is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday and 9:00 a.m. to NOON on Saturdays.  Give us a call if you need to make arrangements around the open hours and we will try to accommodate.

3.  May I DROP OFF my vehicle before or after business hours?

Yes.  We have a key drop box that is available after regular business hours for you to deposit your vehicle keys. 

4.  May I get a RIDE HOME when I drop off my car?

Absolutely, we are happy to provide this service to you during our open business hours.  We want our customers to have the best experience at Tracy's as possible. 

5.  What if I need a RENTAL CAR? 

If you need a rental car, Tracy's will be able to assist you. Remember, the insurance company involved will only pay for a rental if you are the claimant.  If you are the insured causing the accident, you must verify that you have the coverage for car rental on your insurance policy.

6. Will the REPLACEMENT PARTS be ordered before I drop off my vehicle for repair?

Yes.  Generally, Tracy's will order the vehicle parts once the estimate is approved by your insurance company or whoever is paying the claim.

7.  Can you match my vehicle PAINT COLOR?

Yes.  TRACY'S modern GlasUrit BASF finishes incorporating multiple layers of highly specialized paints.  We have made a major investment in the finest paint system available and constantly upgrade its technology and equipment.  We take special pride in our ability to match factory finishes.

8.  How long will REPAIR TIME take?

Tracy's tries to accommodate you with as quick a turnaround as possible.  Our office can give you a guesstimation of the time it will take to complete the repairs to your vehicle.  Typically this is given when you drop off your vehicle. 

9.  How will I know when my CAR IS DONE?

You will be notified by our office when your vehicle is ready to be picked up.  When you are getting your estimate, be sure they have the appropriate way to contact you during the day.

10.  Will I get a WARRANTY on the repairs of my Vehicle?

Yes.  We guarantee all repairs with a Lifetime Warranty for as long as you own your car.  Please be sure to ask for the written warranty if we fail to provide one when you leave.  Or our handshake is just as good.
